Chair and Desk Yoga
A refreshing and de-stressing alternative class that everyone can practice from their personal area of work or from their chair. Chair yoga is also excellent for seniors and/or those who utilize a chair for the majority of their day. Stretch, de-stress and learn to relieve aches and pains. We will teach you useful movements and breaths that can be applied anytime of day without leaving your work area and/or your chair.
Office chair yoga is 20-minutes
General chair yoga is 75-minutes
