Mom & Baby /Postnatal Yoga

Get fit and release stress without leaving your baby at home. Mom & Baby yoga is for new moms with babies who cannot yet walk. Spend and hour and fifteen minutes toning, strengthening and stretching your muscles and releasing stress through breathing and asanas that your baby can watch or participate in. The class consists of grounding meditation, breath work and asanas that will create a further bond between you and your baby. Asanas are postnatal-specific for healing and rebuilding strength in the pelvic and abdominal areas. We will also focus on postures for lengthening the muscles in the belly, in the arms and in the legs.
